摘要
针对不同的工况,曲轴最佳滚压力很难确定。基于最佳残余应力理论,应用MARC有限元软件确定了42CrMo YC4110ZQ曲轴在最大扭矩工况下,滚压强化所需要的最优滚压力为40520N。
Crankshaft surface rolling is one of the most important process to expand the crankshaft life. But it is difficult to determine the optimal surface rolling load for different crankshafts under different conditions. The optimal surface rolling load for 42CrMo crankshaft is calculated with MARC on the basis of optimal residual stress theory which provides a reliable base for optimal surface rolling load of crankshaft.
