摘要
运用计算机图像处理技术和单片机控制技术,设计并研制了磁吸式穴盘播种器实时监控系统。该系统采用CCD摄像头实时监测磁吸头工作情况,并通过计算机图像处理分析,统计出磁吸头的排种精度,包括单粒率、重播率及漏播率。单片机控制器根据检测结果,对照控制规则,对磁吸头工作电流进行实时调整,以提高排种精度。试验表明,该系统不仅能对播种器工作过程进行实时监控,还能提高其排种精度和工作稳定性。
A monitored control system was designed with applying the computer image processing technique and single-chip computer control technology. First of all, the CCD took a photograph of the seeding when the magnetic plug of the seeder sucked up seeds every time, then the computer processed the image, and analyzed the quality of seeding.
