摘要
本工作采用了化学沉淀法合成氧化锆超细陶瓷粉末,研究了各工艺参数对合成粉体性能的影响,并从胶体化学的角度分析了各参数对沉淀粒子所起的作用.发现只有将盐溶液浓度和PH值选择适当时,才能得到细小分散,粒径分布一致的氧化锆粉体.
