本工作采用了化学沉淀法合成氧化锆超细陶瓷粉末，研究了各工艺参数对合成粉体性能的影响，并从胶体化学的角度分析了各参数对沉淀粒子所起的作用．发现只有将盐溶液浓度和ＰＨ值选择适当时，才能得到细小分散，粒径分布一致的氧化锆粉体．
