摘要
原BJ483Q柴油机在试生产过程中出现气门摇臂大范围的拉伤甚至发生烧死的情况,故障率达80%以上。对产生故障的原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的改进措施。对新设计的球墨铸铁及铝合金摇臂分别装进行100h高速、全负荷台架试验,结果表明铝合金材质摇臂可以解决原气门摇臂拉伤问题。
During trial-manufacture of diesel engine BJ483Q,scuffing,even burned faulty occurs in wide range of rocker arm,with failure rate up to 80 %and higher.Improving measurements are presented after analyzing failure reasons.100 hours bench tests under high speed,full load conditions for modified nodular cast iron rocker arm and aluminum alloy rocker arm have been done respectively.It is shown by result that aluminum alloy rocker arm can solve the scuffing problem of original rocker arm.
