摘要
分析了目前国内广泛使用的全自动前照灯检验仪的检测原理,剖析了该检验仪的固有缺陷。论述了基于图像处理技术的新型前照灯检验仪的检测原理、组成、自动控制原理和处理分析方法。该检测仪能够解决汽车前照灯近光光轴方向的全自动检测问题,其检测精度高、速度快。列举了上海桑塔纳轿车左前照灯远。
