菲亚特203A/61型自卸汽车经常处于短途运输工况,柴油机起动频繁,使轴瓦与轴颈时而发生金属直接接触的混合摩擦,甚至形成短暂的边界摩擦或干摩擦而导致损坏。就轴瓦因杂质进入引起的损伤、疲劳磨损、粘着磨损等损坏形式进行了探讨。
Fiat model 203A/61 dumper trucks are frequently used for short haul transportation, the Diesel engines on which are to be started repeatedly, thus causing composite friction from direct contact of metals between bearing and journal, even a short time marginal friction or dry rubbing, that results in damage of parts. Forms of bearing impurity, fatigue wear, score from sintering, etc. are studied.
