摘要
介绍了自卸车活塞前推连杆式举升机构的结构特点、工作原理及其结构参数的优化设计。优化过程中,以获得最低液压系统的最高工作油压为目标函数,以结构、工艺等限制为约束条件,以举升机构各铰链的坐标、三角臂的边长及拉杆长度等12个参数为设计变量。
In this paper the structural features, working principles and optimal design in structural parameters for a piston-forward pushrod lifting device for dumpers are presented.
