摘要
根据冲压件的外形特征、应变大小和特点及材料特性,将CA141型汽车簿板冲压件分为五大类,即深拉延成型类、浅拉延成型类、胀型-深拉成型类、弯曲成型类和翻边成型类。对每类特征进行了分析,初步提出了成型类别与材料特性的对应关系。
Sheet steel stampings for the CA141 truck may be classified as five categories according to the configurations, amount and features of deformation of stampings and properties of materials used, namely, for deep-drawing formation, for shallow-drawing formation, for expanding-deep drawing formation, for bending formation and for flanging forragtion.
