摘要 对比观察了三种不同持续时间游泳后及恢复期小鼠红细胞免疫粘附肿瘤细胞能力的动态性变化及其可能性机制。发现:三种不同持续时间游泳后即刻,小鼠TC-RBC花环率与安静水平相比分别下降21.67%、38.67%和42.17%,均呈显著性;运动停止后,小鼠TC-RBC花环率均呈增长恢复趋势;其中,45min组恢复速度最快,运动后3h即超出安静值9.39%(P>0.05),以后均在安静值上下浮动;90min组和力竭组分别于运动后12h和24h接近安静时水平。每一持续时间游泳后及恢复期,小鼠TC-RBC花环率与RBC-IC花环率均呈显著负相关关系。 This study was designed to observe the dynamic changes of Erythrocyte Immune Adherence Tumor cell Function and their possible cause in mice immediately three different duration swimming and during recovery. It was found that the rosette ratio of TC- RBC descended 21. 67%, 38. 67% and 42. 17%, respectively, immediately after three different duration swimming.
