FRACTAL SIMULATION OF JOINT PROFILES AND RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN JRC AND FRACTAL DIMENSION

摘要 自然岩石节理表面轮廓线可以看作为分形曲线。用随机分形产生的曲线代替自然节理剖面进行分析,会给研究人员带来极大的方便。根据Hurst指数法模拟节理表面轮廓线,然后分析JRC和码尺法分维D之间的关系,并建议了两项经验公式,拟合精度较高,在实际应用时可根据具体情况选用。 Joint profiles of natural rock can be considered as fractal curves. The curves generated by random fractal method simulating natural joint profiles in analysis will bring great convenience in researches. The fractal profiles of rock joints are simulated on the basis of Hurst exponent method,and the relationship between JRC and fractal dimension D is analysed. Furthermore,two empirical formulas with high fit accuracy are suggested,which can be used according to the specific case in practice.
