摘要
使用733电子显微分析仪、X射线衍射仪对由感应熔炼喷射铸造法制备的铸态U-10%(m/m)Zr合金试样中间相(δ相)的均匀范围、微观形貌及晶体结构进行分析。初步确定出δ相的均匀范围是:Zr的原子百分数为66.2%-80.4%,理想组成为UZr_2,具有六方晶格结构。
Homogeneity range, microstructure and crystal structure of the intermediate δ phase inU-10 %(m/m)Zr alloys are examined by using 733 electron microanalyzer and X-raydiffractometer. As-cast U-10%(m/m)Zr alloys are prepared by the induction melting and injec-tion casting device. The homogeneity range of δ phase is determined to be 66.2%-80.4% Zratom percent.Ideal composition of δ phase is UZr_2,and it has hexagonal closed packingstructure.
