摘要
通过对氟金云母可加工陶瓷进行车削加工试验,分析了其刀具磨损过程,通过电镜观察讨论了刀具磨损形态,以单因素实验法考查了刀具材料、冷却条件等因素对刀具磨损的影响。
The process of tool wear was analyzed with experiments of turning fluorophlogopite glass-ceramics. The mode of tool wear was discussed with SEM. Through single factor test the influences of tool materials,cooling conditions on tool wear were analyzed.
