摘要
设计了一种以双偏心轮为定位元件的柔性夹具,介绍了工作原理和设计计算公式。该柔性夹具适用于对具有圆柱面及圆弧面零件的定位,允许工件直径或半径尺寸在较大范围内变动,能较好地适应多品种、小批量生产方式对夹具的要求。
A kind of flexible fixture using eccentric cams as locators is designed,and the working principle and calculating formulae are introduced. This kind of locating way is suitable for parts which have cylinder and arc panel. The diameter or radius of parts can be changed in a large range. It can fit in with kinds of products and little batch production.
