摘要
讨论了带圆弧头滚刀的结构特点及齿根凹圆坑加工的技术可实现性。介绍了齿轮齿根凹圆坑参数与所用滚刀的关系。分析了滚刀变形(性)齿廓形与所切齿轮几何参数、磨齿余量及相配齿轮几何参数的关系,认为滚刀变形齿虽然降低滚刀的寿命,但也具有可单独刃磨部分齿而无需重磨滚刀全部刀齿的优点。
It discussed the structure characteristic of arc hob and machine technology feasibility of tooth root concave hole. And it introduced the relation gear tooth concave hole parameter and hob used of tooth cut and rub tooth surplus and match gear geometry parameter. It obtained that hob transformation tooth decreased cutter life, but it could rub the transformation tooth separately and needn't rub the surplus.
