摘要
提出一种基于B样条函数模糊神经网络的刀具磨损量监测方法。利用B样条基函数的正定性、紧密性和归一性,可使训练过程中权值的调整在局部范围内,且系统的输出简单可靠。实验结果证明该系统可成功应用于刀具磨损量的实时监测。
A tool wear monitoring method based on the neurofuzzy-network using B-spline function is presented. In terms of the positivity, compact support and normalization of B-spline basic function, the adjustments of the weighing are accomplished locally and the output is simple. The experiment result proves that this system can be applied to the real-time tool wear monitoring successfully.
