摘要 目的-建立适合不同胎龄大鼠宫内缺氧的动物模型。方法-将孕15、19天的孕鼠随机分为对照组和缺氧组,缺氧组孕鼠用低张性缺氧原理致鼠胚宫内缺氧,将鼠胚大脑组织作c-Fos蛋白和一氧化氮合酶(nitricoxide synthase,NOS)免疫组化双标染色后,进行观察分析。结果-缺氧组鼠胚大脑神经元c-Fos蛋白和NOS阳性细胞均较对照组增多(P<0.05)。结论-可采用低张性缺氧方法使孕鼠缺氧来制造胚胎大鼠宫内缺氧的动物模型。 Objective To establish the animal model of hypoxia in uterus suiting for different embryonic days of white rats.Methods Conceiving(15d,19d) female rats were divided randomly into the control group(CG) and the hypoxia group(HG).The rats'embryos of HG were in hypotonic hypoxia in uterus.The expression of c-Fos and nitric oxide synthase(NOS) in brain of embryos was studied with immunohistochmistry double staining and the results were observed and analyzed under light microscope.Result The quantity of postive c...
