Spectrophotometric Determination of the Bataine in Fructus Lysii

本文改进了用雷氏盐测定枸杞子中甜菜碱的分光光度法,使之较为简便、快速、准确。标准回收率96.7%,枸杞子中甜菜碱含量0.98～1.12%,相对标准偏差为6.7%。

The method of the spectrophotomctric determination of Bataine in Fructus Lysii by the procipitation with Remecke Salt was improved. This method is simple、fast and correct, the rate of the standard recovery is 96.7% and the RSD is 6.7% when the Betaine content is 0.98～1.12%.
