根癌农杆菌对黄瓜和朱顶红的转化

In Vitro Transformation of Cucumber and Barbadoslily by Agrobacterium tume faciens

用携带有构建质粒Ｃｏ１８的根癌农杆菌（Ａｇｒｏｂａｃｔｅｒｉｕｍｔｕｍｅｆａｃｉｅｎｓ）菌株ＧＶ３１１－ＳＥ转化双子叶植物黄瓜子叶和单子叶植物朱顶红鳞叶，得到了抗卡那霉素的黄瓜植株和朱顶红愈伤组织，并测出了ＮｐＤＨ活性，证明构建质粒Ｃｏ１８所携带的外源基因转移进了这两种植物细胞并得到了表达。

Dicotyls cucumber and monocot barbadoslily were transferred byreconstructed Ti-plasmid Of Agrobacterium tume faciens.The regenerated plantlets of cu-cumber and calli of barbadoslily were obtained on the medium containing 100mg/Lkanamycin,and the NpDH activity was detected.This suggested the foreign gene harhoredin reconstructed plasmid Co-18 were integrated into the above plants and expressed.
