摘要
在对杆—杯形件挤压过程中的金属流动规律分析的基础上提出杆—杯形挤压件的优化设计方法,并指出在优化零件设计方面,塑性加工中的金属流动规律是一个不可忽视的问题。
Based on an analysis of metallic flowability in the process of pole_cup squeeze parts,the paper presents an optimistical design method.It points out that the metallic flowability constitutes an important factor that should not be disregarded in the plastic processing technology.
