摘要
在一总高650mm,直径60mm的三相流化床实验装置上,采用取样法测定了不同操作条件下二元混合物蔗糖晶体颗粒沿轴向的分布;应用轴向返混模型,得到不同条件下表征颗粒浓度分布的混合系数。结果表明,随气速增加,大、小颗粒的分布更加均匀,但随液速及大颗粒比率增加,均匀程度有所减小。
Experiments were carried out in a three_phase fluidized bed with 650mm height and 60mm diameter.Concentration ditribution of binary sucrose crystal mixtures for different operating conditions was obtained both by measuring pressure gradients and by sampling.Solid mixing(diffusion) model based on the combined effects of diffusive and convective mechanisms was adopted to evaluate the axial distribution behaviour for the particles of each size in the mixture.The results indicated that,at a given liquid veloci...
