摘要
用统计调优方法对橡胶密炼工艺进行定量分析。该方法较一般分析方法有显著的不同:所需试验次数显著减少;能排除不显著因素的干扰,从而能对混炼过程的参数进行调优并能得到精确的参数控制数值,而且,分析过程极易在计算机上实现,容易被操作人员掌握。
Statistical optimization is used in the quantitative analysis of the rubber mixing technology.It differs from most of the other analytical methods in the following respects:the amount of experiments is obviously fewer,it can exclude interference factors with no significant effect and optimize the proceeding parameters,it can obtain an accurate control value.Besides,such an analytical process can be conveniently computerized,thus making it easy to handle by the operator.
