摘要
分析了气体在无机微孔膜中的传递机理,利用渗透法原理建立了一套测量微孔膜传递性能的装置,用于测定渗透系数及努森系数。文中讨论了HagenPoiseuile方程、Adzumi方程及Zaviska方程对无机微孔膜的适用性以及传递性能的测定原理和实验手段,测定的微米级范围的基质膜的努森系数在0.1~1.0之间。
This paper deals with gas transfer mechanism in inorganic membrane,thus presenting a device for measuring transfer characteristics by the principle of gas permeation method to measure Knudsen number and permeation coefficient,the adaptability of Hagen Poiseuille,Adzumi and Zaviska transfer equations to inorganic micropore membrane,the measurement principle and test means of the transfer characteristics of inorganic micropore membrane,the Knudsen number of which ranging from 0.1 to 1.0.
