摘要
对比了羟基磷灰石(HAP)不同粉体、不同方式渗入的涂层。采用SEM、IR和EDS法分析了碳纤维增强碳(CFRC)-羟基磷灰石(HAP)复合材料的复合结构,以及在真空热处理条件下HAP的结构稳定性。提出了真空包渗-后真空烧结技术及超重力场填充-后真空烧结技术,获得CFRC基体表面层复合HAP生物活性成分的新型生物材料(简称为CCH生物材料)。经生物学测试与埋植验证,该材料具有良好软组织和硬组织适应性。
This paper makes a comparison of coating layers formed by various HAP powders in various forms of interfusion,analyzes the composite structure of CFRC HAP composites and the structural stability of HAP heat treatmented in vacuum by virtue of the test means of SEM,IR and EDS,and puts forward the technology in enclosed vacuum permeation followed by vacuum sinter and in ultragravity field permeation followed by vacuum sinter,thereby obtaining a new biomaterial,CCH biomaterial,with CFRC surface layers interfu...
