摘要
采用共沉淀法和浸渍法,制备了一系列双碱金属促进的双碱土金属氧化物催化剂,发现其在甲苯氧化甲基化制苯乙烯的反应中表现出优异的催化性能。特别是催化剂Na+K+/MgOCaO(摩尔比5∶5∶45∶45),在反应温度750℃,空速14000mL/(g·h),原料气分压比CH4∶O2∶C7H8∶N2=11.2∶2.1∶1∶10.4时,C8(苯乙烯和乙苯)单程收率可达23.3%。
The bialkali metal compounds promoted bialkaline earth metal oxides catalysts were prepared by coprecipitation and impregnation method. It was found that Na + K +/MgO CaO(the molar ratio is 5∶5∶45∶45) catalyst had excellent performances in the oxidative methylation of toluene with methane to styrene.
