摘要
通过弯曲试验和盐雾试验,研究了热浸Zn0.1Ni合金镀层的粘附性能和耐腐蚀性能,并与热浸锌镀层对比。结果表明:在锌浴中加入0.1%镍后,能有效控制硅镇静钢镀层中ζ相的过量生长,获得较薄而厚度适宜、有较好粘附性和较高耐腐蚀性能的镀层。对锌浴加镍后镀层组织变化、粘附性和耐腐蚀性提高的原因也进行了探讨。
In this paper, the adhesiveness and the corrosion resistance of hot dip Zn 0.1Ni alloy coating are studied by the bending test and the salt spray test and are compared with those of hot dip zinc coating. The results show that, the excessive growth of ζ layer in the coating of Si killed steel can be inhibited, and the coatings with appropriate thickness, better adhesiveness and enhanced corrosion resistance are obtained by adding about 0.1%Ni into the zinc bath.
