摘要
以用于故障诊断的机器人(DiagnosisRobot,简称D.R.)为例,介绍一种利用模糊控制理论及音谱分析技术对机械设备进行故障诊断的方法。应用这种技术,可使D.R.在强噪音环境下准确地探测到故障源并分析出其故障类型。
A method of applying fuzzy control theory and sound spectrum analysis technique for machine failure diagnosis is introduced by giving an example of the Diagnosis Robot. The failure source can be detected and the failure types can also be analyzed in the strong noise environment by applying this technique.
