摘要
应用Ｙｅｅ网格的时域场设置，导出了分析多导体集成传输线的频域有限差分算法，研究了考虑频变损耗和导体厚度时传输线的传播特性，给出了相应的变化曲线，为高密度集成电路的设计提供了理论依据。
According to Yee discretization of time domain field equations,the frequency domain finite difference method has been deduced to analyze the propagation characteristics of multiconduction transmission lines.Dielectric and finite thickness conductor losses are first taken into account.Test results are presented for some structures.
