摘要
根据流变学原理建立了磨料流加工时磨料流动形态的数学模型,利用反光粒子-纹影照相法对磨料流动形态进行的分析表明:沿径向流速差决定了磨粒所受的力;壁面滑动速度决定了磨粒与加工表面的相对运动,磨粒所受的切向力和磨粒与加工表面的相对运动越大,其加工效果越好,实验结果与理论分析的结论基本一致。
