摘要
介绍了一种在陶瓷上实现无氰电镀银的新工艺,包括采用AgNO3-葡萄糖体系化学镀的方法首先在陶瓷上预镀一层银,然后在咪唑-磺基水杨酸双络合体系中电镀银。本工艺具有镀层结晶致密、光亮度好以及镀液稳定性好、易维护、无毒、无污染等优点。文中对主要优化工艺条件作了介绍。
A new processing technique for the electroplating of silver on the surface of porcelain is introduced in this paper. The first step is to deposit silver on the surface of porcelain by chemical_deposition method, in which glucose is used as the reducing agent of the silver ions; the second step is electroplating, in which both the sulfosalicylic acid and imidozole are used as the complex agents.
