摘要
将环状低聚糖α-环糊精(α-CD)应用于薄层色谱,以国产聚酰胺膜为固定相,研究了同分异构体邻、间、对苯二酚的薄层色谱行为及影响分离的因素;建立了苯二酚异构体的分析方法;探讨了苯二酚化合物与α-CD的键合常数,并提出了可能的包接模型.
The use of aqueous solution of α-cyclodextrin as the mobile phase in TLC was described. The chromatographic characteristics of ortho, meta and para substituted hydroxyphenol are investigated by using polyamide membrane as the fixed phase. The factors affecting separation are discussed in detail. The analytical method for the substituted hydroxyphenol isomers has been established. The equilibrium binding constants of inclusion complex are determined and possible inclusion model were proposed.
