摘要
用经典的ReimerTiemann反应合成二甲基羟基苯甲醛和二羟基苯甲醛时产率(10%以下)很低。我们研究了以三丁胺为相转移催化剂,用甲醇和水作反应介质,对ReimerTiemann反应进行了改进,使产率(21.0%~52.1%)有明显提高。
The synthetic yield of dimethyl hydroxybenzaldehyde and three dihydroxybenzaldehydes, via classical ReimerTiemann reaction, is generally very low (less 10%). We used tributyl amine as the phasetransfer catalyst, methanol and water as reaction medium to improve the ReimerTiemann reaction, which obviously increased the yield (21.0%~52.1%).
