摘要
本文研究了在Zn-0.1%Ni合金锭液中形成的渣的成分、相结构、形成机制以及影响成渣的两个因素.结果表明,这种渣是由单斜晶系的Fe(Ni)-Zn13ζ合金相和纯Zn的η基体相组成的混合物,其形成机制与纯Zn镀液中渣的形成机制基本相同,即工件及钢质锌锅与镀液反应形成二元系(Fe-Zn)相(ζ相),部分剥落进入镀液中,并且其中的Fe原子被Ni原子部分取代之后形成三元系的Fe-Ni-Zn合金渣.结果还表明,向Zn-Ni合金镀液中加入少于0.2%Al及低温镀锌均有利于减少渣的形成.
The present study is concerned with the composition, microstructure and formation mechanism of the dross formed in a Zn-0.1% Ni alloy bath for hot-dipping Zn-Ni on steel substrates, as well as with the factors affecting the dross formation.It is found that the dross is an aggregate consisting of pure Zinc(η-phase) as the matrix and a lump -like trinary ζ-Fe(Ni) -Zn13 phase (the 'alloy phase') produced during the hot-dipping.
