摘要
模拟高原训练是当今世界高原训练发展的新趋势。本文对５０年代以来一些模拟高原训练的方法进行分析并重点介绍了８０年代后期至今间歇性低氧训练、“高原”小室等模拟高原训练新进展。
Imitative plateau training is new tendency of plateau training in the world today This article analysed some methods of imitative plateau training after fifties. Especially it analysed the new method of imitaive plateau training in lower oxygen training and‘plateau small room’ and so on after eighties. The object is to supply reference for scientist training
