摘要
本文通过对西安体院第２９届田径运动会男子跳远运动员的助跑速度、速度利用率的测试，揭示出跳远竞赛中影响成绩的主要因素，为跳远运动的教学训练和竞赛提供了科学的理论依据．
By way of the measures on approach speed and speed utilizing rate in 29th athletic competition in our institute the article points out the main factors that influenced the results in long jumping and also provides the theory references for training and competition to athletes.
