The Research of Technical Characteristics of Forward Salto to Beat Board in Woman's Vaulting Horse

本文通过对西安体育学院竞技体校学生易曲首创的女子跳马难新动作，前手翻上板的技术进行的研究和分析．拟探讨跳马前手翻上板技术的前景，这将有助于对该动作从理论上加以认识，并可为训练实践提供参考．

Though examining and analysing the technique of forward salto to beat board woman's vaulting, (a new and difficult movement initiated by Yi QU a girl student of Competitive Sports School of Xi'an physical Edueation Institute ), this paper intends to explore the prospects of this technique. It will help to understand this movement from theory, and will provide some reference in training practice.
