摘要
本文从社会主义市场经济和体育人才管理的客观需要出发，着重对体育人才预测的作用、类型、技术与方法以及基本要求等方面进行了初步的探讨。
According to the principles of socialist market economy and the objective demands of sportsworkers management, the author made a tentative research on roles, types, technology and method, and basic needs of sportsworkers forecast.
