摘要
本文通过对120名退休中老年女职工六项体质指标的测试,经过四周的实验对比研究,讨论了健美操对中老年人体质的影响.结果表明:健美操是一种十分有效的,适合中老年人的健身方法.
In this paper,after a month rhythmic gymnaxtic exercises,six target of physical examination for 120 the middle-aged and aged women were measured. We discussed the effect of rhythmic gymnastic on physical fitness of the middle-aged and the aged. It is found that the rhythmic gymnastic is a effective and interesting way to take exercises for the middle-aged and aged.
