济宁二矿深部回采巷道锚网索耦合支护技术 被引量:27

摘要 通过对济宁二矿现场实际工程地质条件调查与分析,研究了深部回采巷道的变形破坏机理。深部巷道由于地应力大、地质构造复杂、膨胀性围岩、支护体与围岩不耦合造成巷道出现非线性大变形力学现象。对回采巷道断面、支护参数以及施工过程分别进行了优化设计,确定了合理的支护方案。用数值模拟对新支护方案进行了分析,巷道变形量明显减少。新方案在现场实施后,支护效果良好。 Base on the investigation and analysis on the site engineering geological conditions in Jining No.2 Mine,the paper studied the deformation failure mechanism of the deep mining gateway.Due to the high ground stress,complicated geological structures and swelling surrounding rocks in the deep mining gateway,the uncoupling between the support mass and the surrounding rocks caused a non-linear large deformation mechanics phenomenon.The cross section,support parameters and construction process of the mining gatew...
