摘要
通过对Ph(Sn1/3Nb2/3)A(Li1/4Nb3/4)BTicZrDO3(A+B+C+D=1)四元系压电陶瓷材料的组分、添加物,取代物的研究,找到了这一四元系压电陶瓷材料的最佳组成,其性能满足了发射型换能器件对压电陶瓷材料的性能要求。
In this experimental work, through study for material compositions, additives,substitutes of Pb (Sn1/3Nb2/3 )A (Li1/4Nb3/4 ).Ti.Zr.O3, A + B +C +D = 1, four--component--system piezoelectric ceramics material, finds its optimum compositions. This system has reached the requirement of the emission type transducer for piezoelectric ceramics material.
