摘要
研制了计算机辅助恒温量热聚合反应器,体积为250ml,设计最高压力为1MPa,使用温度范围为273~353K,反应温度控制精度为±0.05K。实验数据由计算机实时处理。本反应器测得的苯乙烯乳液聚合反应速率及转化率与称重法获得结果吻合。结果表明,本反应器系统对反应热效应响应灵敏,最大滞后时间小于10s。
A computer aided isothermal calorimetric polymerization reactor system has been developed. The reactor has a volume of 250ml and is designed to withstand 1MPa in pressure and to be suitable for the temperature range of 273 ̄353K. The offset of the reaction temperature is ±0.05K. All experimental results are real time dealt by the computer.
