摘要
用弹性力学位移法的半逆解法分析了一种大直径超低速铸型尼龙滑动轴承的接触应力问题。作者从弹性力学的基本方程出发,通过一些近似处理,用半逆解法解出位移函数,然后由几何方程求出应变,再由物理方程求得了应力的解析解。据此,作者还给出了表征该种轴承接触区的一些参数和接触区的应力分布。
In this paper,the authors carry out a contact stress analysis of extra low speed large diameter casting mould nylon sliding bearings in virture of the displacement method of elastisity theory,finding ① the displacement functions by using the basic equations of elastisity mechanics,the approximation process and the semi inverse method;② the strains by using geometric equations,and ③ the analytical solutions to stresses.This allows the authors to offer the parameters and the stress distributions o...
