摘要
高等真菌(如灵芝、云芝)发酵液具有高浓度、大颗粒、颗粒柔性和呈非牛顿液体性质但表观粘度不很大等特征。因此,目前市售粘度计或流变仪均难以对其进行有效的流变测量。通过对NDJ2G型旋转圆筒粘度计进行改装、标定和修正,使其量程变小,灵敏度提高,且转子可以无级变速。
A copolymer is prepared from methyl methacrylate, butylacrylate, acrylic acid and β hydroxyethyl methacrylate. DSC and GPC were used to analyze the composition and the molecular weight distrubution of the copolymer. The microemulsion is obtained by neutralizing the copolymer with DEAE and its rheological property was tested by rotating viscometer.
