本文研究了Fe(Ⅲ)离子对过氧化氢氧化二甲基黄退色反应的催化作用及其动力学条件,从而建立了痕量铁的催化光度分析方法。灵敏度为2×10^(-9)g/mL Fe,测定范围为0—0.7μg/25mL。用于测定人发等试样中的铁含量取得了满意的结果。

An indicative fading reaction of hydrogen peroxide with dimethyl yellow in the presence of Fe as catalyst and its kinetic conditions have been studied. A new selective method for determining trace Fe(Ⅲ) was set tp. The sensitivity is 2×10~9g Fe mL. and the determination range of Fe is from 0 to 0.7 ug 25ml The method has been used for analysis of human hirs etc. with satisfactory results.
