摘要 本文用K系数法和最小二乘法数学模型,通过计算机计算,消除各元素间的干扰,实现了高含量多组分的分光光度同时测定。其中三个组分的回收率为99.7—100.8%,仅一个组分的回收率为95.2—111.4%,这是由于它的灵敏度太低而造成的。分析方法简单快速,不需要特殊试剂,可降低成本。 In this paper, theK-coefficients and least square method have been applied to multicomponent simultaneous determination using microcomputer, which not only can eliminated spectral interference but also can achieved the simultaneous determination of macro-amount multicomponents. The recoveries of three components were in the range of 99.7—100.8%,but the fourth was 95.2—111.4%, due to its low senitivity. This method is simple, rapid, inexpensive and need no special reagents.
