摘要
利用Turbo-Prolog智能语言,建立一个由命令票生成、编辑、检验、执行、作图及存贮打印等多个功能模块组成的适合于能量管理系统(EMS)中的命令票防误操作专家系统,能够动态修改变电站接线图且与传统潮流计算程序及短路计算程序交互。调度员可根据不同的操作任务方便地编写出正确的操作命令票,并可将命令票交由专家系统检验和模拟执行。
This paper presents an expert system which can be used in any EMS centres for the purpose of avoiding the maloperation of dispatching tickets. This expert system is made by Turbo Prolog according to the experiences of different experts in EMS such as relay engineers, dispatchers and senior engineers.
