摘要
目前牙科医生和骨科医生将一种能与金属基牢固结合的特殊涂层用于人体的适当部位。这种涂层是采用等离子束流将Ca_(10)(PO_4)_6(OH)_2(即人造骨粉)粉末喷涂于金属基体材料表面而制成的[1~2]。本文采用适宜的等离子束流喷涂技术,将人造骨粉粉末成功地喷涂在Co-Cr-Mo为基体的金属人工关节表面,使金属材料强度高、韧性好、易成形的特点与人造骨粉耐蚀、耐磨和与人体具有良好生物相容性的特点结合在一起,获得了医疗性能优良的涂层。试验发现,若喷涂电流小于260A可导致粉末熔化不良。若喷涂电流大于400A。
At present special coat is employed by dentists and orthopaedists to bind metal objects firmly to suitable parts of the human body. Such specific coating is made by plasma spraying Ca_(10)(PO_4)_6(OH)_2 powder onto the surface of metal substrate.
