摘要
本文利用铬(Ⅱ)催化鲁米诺A-过氧化氢化学发光体系,对人发中铬含量的测定条件进行了研究.实验结果表明:采用硝酸、高氯酸的混合酸(6∶1)处理发样,控制测试液pH为2.5,EDTA的浓度为6.0×10^(-4)mol/L掩蔽干扰离子效果较好.
In this article, we studied with the measurement condition of measuring the content of Cr in people′s hair, using the method of making Cr(Ⅲ) catalyze luminolH_2O_2 send chemiluminescence.The result shows if we do with the sample of hair with HNO_3 and HC1O_4 (6:1),Control the solution′s pH=2.5 and the concentration of EDTA to 6.O×10^(-4)mol/L, we can take the best effect of masking the interfering ionics.
