原子吸收法测定指甲中的K、Ca、Na、Mg、Cu、Fe和Zn

摘要 本文采用低温、HNO_2—HClO_4消化试样,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了人指甲中的K、Ca、Na、Mg、Cu、Fe和Zn,方法简便,可靠。测定精密度(变异系数)为0.555%~3.8%。回收率为89.5%~112%。 The methods of determination of K,Ca,Na,Mg,Cu,Fe,Zn in fingernails using AAS were discussed.The sample were digested with mixture of HNO_3and HCIO_4 in a low temperature.This method is sample in operation and the results were satisfactory.The relative Standard deviations and recoveries are respectively with the ranges of 0.55%~ 3.8% and 89.5%~112%.
