摘要
通过对啤酒发酵过程的分析，介绍了集散型计算机监控系统在啤酒发酵过程中的控制手段和方法，以及监控系统的组成与功能。
This paper analysed the course of beer fermentation, and introduced the Control technologies and methods of the collecting and distributing type computer in the course of beer fermentation, as well as composition and function of its control system.
