本文探讨了战略柔性对战略管理的意义．核心能力对战略柔性的影响，并提出基于核心能力的战略柔性实现模型，使企业的战略管理在核心能力的基础上通过四类策略实现柔性化。

Strategic Management requires flexibility under the rapidly change competitive environment so as to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. This paper studies the implications of strategic flexibility in the enterprise's strategic management, and the influences of core competence impacting on strategic flexibility.
